矿用提升机电控系统的控制策略改造

摘要:

摘要:本文以正利煤业569米立井副井提升机直流电动机拖动的电控系统为研究对象,对在提升机运行过程中换层速度过快、不稳定等问题,结合现场实际情况和操作人员技术水平,对提升机重载上提与下放、轻载上提与下放等不同工况下的换层速度进行了深入的分析。提出切实可行的改进方案,并通过上位计算机修改PLC程序的方法进行排查和处理,经过实践证明,该方法完全解决了该矿井副井提升机换层速度过快问题,取得了满意的速度控制效果。

Abstract:

Abstract: This paper is Lee Coal 569 m shaft auxiliary shaft hoist DC motor drag electronic control system for the research object, the elevator is running too fast conversion layer, instability and other issues, combined with the actual situation and operating personnel and technical levels, and put on a hoist heavy devolution and decentralization of light load on the lift for different conditions such as velocity-depth analysis. Propose practical solutions to improve and modify the PLC program through the host computer methods for investigation and treatment, proven that this method completely solves the auxiliary shaft hoist mine too fast conversion layer problems, and achieved satisfactory results for speed control .
